Why We Built This
A close friend went through the mortgage process not long ago. Multiple meetings, financial documents shared, everything prepared. Then, before anything was submitted to a lender, they were asked to sign a commitment agreement — a document that locked them in to using that broker, with a fee payable if they chose to walk away. They hadn't secured anything yet. They were simply trying to understand their options.
That experience stayed with us. And it became the reason Property Loans exists.
Not all brokers approach things the same way. Some specialise. Some don't. And that difference can shape the entire experience. We take the time to understand your situation first, match you with a broker genuinely suited to it, and stay in touch throughout. No pressure.
